Painting 5
Going back to World War 1 vehicles for this one. Since I chose my theme as "vehicles" aircraft counts too. I did this Acrylic painting of a British fighter from the Titusville air museum.
Nicely done, Ray! Reminds me of a movie...Flyboys I think the name is. About an american who gets in a fight in a rural home town and the cop there gives him a chance to leave before being arrested. He ends up in Europe, volunteering to be a pilot against the German's in WWI. Great movie and a great painting! Keep up the good work!
Thanks, I've always been into military aircraft mostly World War 2, but after painting this one I think these pilots like the ones in Flyboys deserve their respect and recognition as well. Yes it is a great movie.
